THE 3 MAIN REASONS YOU ARE PROBABLY NOT PUTTING ON MUSCLE!

Training is a main stimulus needed!!! Either 3-5 Times a week anaylating yourself in the gym  or 6-7 Stimulating your muscles.
Protein and Carbs need to be higher for recovery!!! As a natural athlete you need these high when training.
You may be doing too much sarcoplasmic muscle growth. Try do some heavy strength training and see how you’re body responds. For me most of my muscle growth has come from getting stronger in the gym and doing lower rep ranges on big compound movements. Especially this one if you can only hit a muscle group once a week. You must anayalate it and really damage the cells for muscle growth.
